Autumn is here and so are pumpkins in every color and shape.
What I had in the pantry:
4 Cups of diced pumpkin
2 Apples, peeled and diced
A quarter cup of extra virgin coconut oil
1 small piece of vanilla bean
How I made the pumpkin dessert:
I just put all in the ingredients in a pan and let them cook until both pumpkin and apples were soft. Fast, sweet and delicious!
